DC vs MI, IPL 2022, Live Updates: Mumbai Indians got off to a flying start against the Delhi Capitals in Match 2 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. Openers Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan collected 16 runs in the first two overs, after being put on to bat by DC. At the toss, MI captain Rohit Sharma confirmed that overseas stars Daniel Sams, Tim David and Tymal Mills will all make their debuts. MI will also miss the services of SuryaKumar Yadav for this game. Tilak Varma has been handed his debut too. DC, on the other hand, also hand debuts to several Indian and overseas players, but have gone with just two overseas players — Rovman Powell and Tim Seifert. DC also did the double over the five-time champions last season but in Sunday’s game, Delhi will be without some overseas stars. With both teams aiming for a win, fans will be treated to an exciting entertaining cricket affair. KKR defeated CSK in the tournament openers last night.
