Legends League Cricket Highlights: Kevin O’Brien starred with the bat as Gujarat Giants defeated India Capitals by three wickets in the opening match at the Eden Gardens. Chasing a target of 180, Guajrat Giants chased down the target with eight balls to spare. O’Brien hit a counter-attacking 107 to set up a narrow win for the Virender Sehwag-led side. Earlier, Ashley Nurse hit an unbeaten 103 off just 41 balls to steer India Capitals to 179 for seven in 20 overs against Gujarat Giants in the first match of the Legends League Cricket. After being put into bat, the Capitals were reeling at 74 for six. However, Nurse and Liam Plunkett added 64 runs for the seventh wicket. For Gujarat Giants, Thisara Perera, KP Apanna and Rayad Emrit bagged two wickets each.
